Do you assist international clients?
Yes, we have clients from all around the world!
Can I still earn my points?
Yes, absolutely! Typically, if you are a member of a hotel loyalty program, your membership number can be attached to your booking so you’ll earn points for your stays. If you forget, these can be added at check in. If you have a point earning credit card, you may also use that! You’ll typically only need to provide a credit card for reserving the room and securing the booking. You’ll then be able to use the same card at check-out, or you can use another credit card of your choice!
Can my reservation be changed or canceled?
This depends. Most rates are typically somewhat flexible for changes and/or cancelation up until 24 hours before check in, but we will always make you aware of the specific terms related to your booking and ask that you always verify and double check. Sometimes cheaper rates can be found that are not at all flexible and carry higher risk, so be sure to check!
What’s the deal with Travel Insurance?
This is typically available as an extra cost, but is recommended, and we can certainly provide you with a quote based on a single trip basis, or an annual rate if you’d prefer.
What is your favorite hotel or resort?
Currently we are frequent visitors of the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California!
Do you book cruises? How about Disney?
Absolutely, in fact we can book all types of cruises, including Disney Cruises, Disney Vacations as well as theme park tickets, official Disney Hotels and resorts too.
How do I pay?
You’ll typically only need to provide a credit card number for reserving the room and securing the booking. You’ll be sent a secure link for payment authorization which will capture your details securely and safely and those details will be deleted once used.
